I conduct two roles as an investment manager, to investors and CEOs interested in the growth and disruption potential of their businesses.

1. The development of businesses to enhance their infrastructure, organisation, management systems, processes, policies, in order to increase capability, performance and influence.

2. The off market promotion and marketing of intelligent businesses with high potential for acquisition and the sale of companies to buyers who are looking for strategically valuable companies.

With corporate experience and enhanced judgement skills, I can pinpoint and target the key strategic and tactical elements requiring attention, in sequential order.

My primary focus upon the introduction to ANY company, is to establish a clear understanding of WHAT is occurring in the organisation, in order to establish WHY the company is operating, performing and achieving results at it's current level. I have developed inspection systems in order to develop internal intelligence, demonstrating what is happening and the source of those situations and conditions.

I have spent many years developing not only the system but the technique to observe, inspect, interview, investigate, analyse and evaluate corporations, their departments, divisions and staff.

From having completed a comprehensive corporate assessment, having taken the assessment and made an effective judgement on the conditions, symptoms and situations existing in the company (Corporate Evaluation); I formulate the strategies for businesses, highlighting the priorities, specifying the actions they must undertake and the sequence in which those must be executed.

The Corporation must stick to the strategy and focus on the execution and the applied tactics to complete and fulfil the objectives of the Corporate Program.

Strategies are the downfall of many organisations every year, plagued by mystery as to why the organisation is failing and at other times mistakenly identifying the wrong causes. With Xecology, identification of cause is specific and accurate.

Corporate Programming is the development of the company through the refining of the business model, the formulation of policy, the establishment of procedures, the design of processes and the building of organisational infrastructure.

CEOs caught up in the day to day managing of the business will be strongly supported by a Development Program that puts into doable, simple targets, in sequential order, for the CEO or managing director to execute in the business. This is a unique approach, empowering the CEOs to develop and build the business, achieving new levels of growth potential.

Project Management are projects formulated on the basis of either two, or both elements;

1. The address and handling of temporary but existing situations and conditions within the organisation.

2. The collection of targets formulated for the gradated implementation of a single, more senior target, originating from a program.

Projects are written for any purpose of assisting the CEO; by example, a project may be created to to assist personnel in duplicating, understanding, getting accustomed to and adopting new policies and procedures.

The sale and acquisition of businesses, for investors.

I regularly contact businesses and entrepreneurs on their objectives, purposes and ambitions with respect to their businesses. An investor anticipates the arrival of a juncture whereby they would be at a position, wanting to either buy, or sell a business. I originate, create, negotiate and manage deals, putting together the heads of terms that are desired, transparent and agreed upon.

The ultimate purpose is to help the investor to grow their operations and influence; either through acquisitions or diversifications.

I have developed and streamlined advanced systems to manage businesses remotely on a macro and micro strategic level.

This is done in conjunction with resident CEOs and managing directors; providing insight and objective views on a consistent, periodic frequency, the strategies that should be applied at senior and mid levels of organisations.

The results are a co-ordinated view on what the organisation should be doing and why, bringing powerful alignment and awareness.
