The determination of a set of goals to bring the fulfilment of existence.  the objectives of purpose.

A creative and clarifying process, delivering the definition of WHO they are, WHAT they are and WHERE they fit in within the environment in which they operate. These goals and sub-goals dovetail into a single, major goal, balancing the executive, organisation with intention and responsibilities.  

From clarification of GOALS, we can start work towards the exercise of PURPOSE. ​​

Clarification of the purpose, that emanates as a pure, unfiltered reflection of the individual or corporate entity. 

 

The purpose overarches above every sub purpose, yet underlies every meaningful, motivating impulse. The executive discovers why they are here, how their various sub purposes dovetail into a single, senior purpose. Commonly overlooked, yet purposes expose the elements of distractions and departure from the meaningful actions they should be doing.  ​​

 

Purpose clarifies and highlights the boundaries of what the organisation or executive must focus on and what it must reject. 

As a strategy consultant, I will formulate the macro, over-arching focus to adjust and optimize approach, direction, and m,ethod. I will also formulate the micro focus to address the steps required to address weekly, monthly or quarterly situations and activities. 

The objective of strategies is to systematically scale upwards to build potential, performance and to manage growth.

From having observed and established an understanding of the operations, products and services of the executive or organisation, policies are formulated to establish a level of discipline, quality standards, competence and efficiency; assisting management and operations to maintain awareness and control on the delivery and performance of products and services.

I develop policies that shape the entity's culture, operations, processes, service terms and conditions, service level agreements and the model that the company exercises in order to make profit. 

The more successful policies are applied, the greater the success potential of the executive, or organisation.

My planning consultations are highly differentiated by a number of factors; 

  • Objectives planning, how to devise a series of actions that will result in first, sub products, in various sequence, that will lead to the overall and final objective.

  • Planning must be comprehensive and address all moving aspects of structure and operations; I know what those are and how they interact with one another. 

  • Co-ordination between executives for operations and management points, covering the various aspects of organisation; for all related functions and responsibilities; to ensure all parts know what the other part is doing.

  • Time and schedule of planning targets; what are the various stages of the plan, at what points in time will additional co-ordination and reviews / assessments be required.  

  • Sequence is addressed to ensure efficiency, profitability, speed, reduced cost and ease of application; if execution can be made easier, planning is more likely to be followed and completed. 

  • What are the various products that will be achieved, at what stage, in what sequence and who are the different parties involved.

​The essential ability is that of operating with certainty and the ability to make a decision; resulting in planning consultations being of high value and importance for the executive and corporate client.

My Executive Programming is formulated into strategic targets to develop and resolve situations and conditions, to bring the executive to reach higher levels of potential for production, performance, across any sector of an executive's personal or professional sphere. 

My executive programs contain the following elements and features;

The program will consist of targets at different levels allowing for focus, disciplines and execution within aligned objectives and purposes. 

 

The formulation of programs are specific to the executive and recognise all the relevant elements that must be addressed, including underlying and peripheral situations that may be causing hidden influence. These programs are comprehensive, persistent and complete in establishing the methods to generate essential and effective change. ​​​

The reason why my programs are successful is due to the support garnered by the creation of projects that break down program targets into pragmatic, identifiable actions; allowing for greater control, progress and change.  

The project consists of tactical actions, to resolve specific, points that are idiosyncratic to the executive or organisation, whereas programs are written for strategic development. The completion of a project will result in the completion of a program target. 

In real life, an executive could have situations just linger for years, either below or at the level of the executive's awareness. The completion of such projects are major resolutions that bring about a breakthrough over a particular aspect of existence. ​​

Once the programs and projects have been formulated, the executive will list the orders, taking the programs and projects as the source, ensuring that the orders derived are of importance and following the required sequence.  his is beyond concept, intelligence and planning; order are actions for the executive to conduct themselves, or to ensure that others execute in accordance to the executive's requirements. 

The essence of orders is to highlight the priority actions, the location of current resources, the method and the parties with whom co-ordination would need to occur. Orders may be given by the executive to others but also to oneself.  The executive lists the actions that must get executed for completion, with standards attained and results achieved. 

In the management of orders, the execution, completion and verification of orders is essential. The executive will manage the method of execution, action, speed, accurate, affecting change, achieving completion and most importantly, the desired result.

The business model, operated by the executive, consists of intelligent orders held in perpetuation, resulting in growth, profit and influence. Similarly, an individual executes their own orders, to form their own life model.

 

These business models activated, form business operations, consisting of the necessary activities, functions, for a desired result and a final objective. Successful models, establish a STANDARD in operations; resulting in growth and profit. For the individual, the result is pleasure and prosperity. 

Operational objectives have to be identified, pursued and achieved. Their attainment has to be verified and the results are  valuable for larger internal projects, for customers or long term clients.  ​It is the attainment of operational objectives that demonstrate a workable model for either a business, or executive.

Performance in terms of quality and volume become the priority once the model has been established. Now that the machine is running; performance is measured for the volume of production successfully delivered and the quality of performance.

For the executive, the corporation, performance is assessed by production indicators that determine position in relation to the economic, commercial challenges, as well as social impact and market influence.  

The problem of scaling is right here, where executives and corporations fail too often, leading to business and personal failures. Insufficient, inadequate performance must be identified early and adjustments must be made to operations. 

With my management, the compilation of intelligence data will deliver prediction, effective decision, on strategy and execution.   

attainment

Attainment is the strategic and tactical push towards achieving exact milestones, that confirm achievement, status and readiness for the next stage of establishment, competence and achievement. An executive or organisation must recognise it's position, in accordance to where it needs to be and it MUST get to where it must go. An entity must be in motion in terms of growth and development. 

 

​​The markets and economies prompt innovation and high production, leading to the achievement of minor objectives, which then add up to major objectives. An executive, or corporation, must have at first defined and listed it's key, mission based objectives before establishing clear strategies, plans, business models and executing high level performance. Following objective attainment, there must be recognition and review; an entity must assess it's position against it's set out mission and to consider the next milestone. Objective attainment brings the executive and corporation to evolution.  

There must be a clear purpose and objective that defines all actions, activities, whilst determining the level of effort, energy required to achieve intended objectives. ​​​When performance is succeeding, trending upwards, the next step is the attainment of one's objective; for both executive and corporation. Micro strategies and tactics can be applied to optimize performance and positioning further to push progress forward.

At the point of evolution, longevity for an organisation, or executive, is now the topic on the table because evolution includes having an existing surviving presence, arranging adaptation and formulating continuation.  No successful executive or organisation ever stayed the same. Evolution is a crucial step in the growth of a successful executive that must seek new games; that executive will consider new problems to solve, new ways to lead and disrupt markets. Every time, evolution means to rise to higher levels of operations and influence.

Highly successful executives and corporations in the past have failed to recognise and acknowledge the attainment of objectives and have simply continued; without review, without assessment, before venturing into challenges they were unprepared for. 

 

With my observation, analysis, evaluation and programming, I can advise on the path and the key actions for development (corporate development, executive development), to reduce risk, raise potential and to capitalise on the forthcoming opportunities.
