MY Experience

I'm the principal consultant for Xecology Ltd; a business consultancy focused on growth through acquisition of other businesses and corporate development (i.e.: the enhancement of the organisation's ability, the re-design of business structure, re-design of business processes and the implementation of administrative policies within the business.  

I am also the principal consultant for Mountesque Ltd; a real estate investment consultancy, focused on commercial real estate in the UK.

2. Formulate strategies, write and execute programs that drive through the step by step actions that place the executive and organisation in positions to produce and perform at higher levels.  

3. Establish channels and systems to organise communications and activity that allow for efficient production and control.

5. Generate influence through consistent innovation and performance.

The Major Goals

  • The goal for the business will be increased income, competence and profit.
  • The goal of the individual is pleasure and prosperity. 

I am the eyes, mind and heart of an executive or corporate client.

A preliminary consultation is conducted to discover the following key elements concerning the organisation, executive or investment;

3. Ascertain the original purpose, aims and goals of the entity, as well as it's ideal scenarios.

This consultation helps to determine the key challenges to be solved and the direction to which which the entity should proceed (in accordance with resources, capabilities, opportunities and risks), whilst any proposed solution must accommodate the desired aspirations of the company and it's executives.

These two elements will permit the establishment of a new modus operandi in management and operations; they can be applied to an entity of any size, of any context, industry and within any purpose. This is the application of universal, standard technology in the management of operations. 

I direct the organisation; including divisions, departments, sections and executives through the use of tools and strategies to elevate ability, awareness, discipline, control; for the achievement of purpose, profit and pleasure.

The determination of the set of goals that identify the organisational and personal objectives the executive wishes to achieve.

How should these goals be determined? How to add sub-goals that then dovetail into a single, major goal. How should these be balanced across personal and organisational objectives.

​The first step will be to clarify the purpose that overarches every other sub purpose and that underlies every meaningful, motivating impulse. Here the executive discovers why they are here and how their various purposes dovetail into a single, senior purpose. 

Purposes are commonly overlooked but through identification, they expose the elements of distractions and departure from the meaningful actions they should be doing.  ​​Purposes clarify the boundaries of what the organisation or executive must focus on and what it must reject.

As a strategy consultant, I will formulate the macro, over-arching focus to adjust and optimize approach, direction, and m,ethod. I will also formulate the micro focus to address the steps required to address weekly, monthly or quarterly situations and activities. 

The objective of strategies is to systematically scale upwards to build potential, performance and to manage growth.

From having observed and established an understanding of the operations, products and services of the executive or organisation, policies are formulated to establish a level of discipline, quality standards, competence and efficiency; assisting management and operations to maintain awareness and control on the delivery and performance of products and services.

I develop policies that shape the entity's culture, operations, processes, service terms and conditions, service level agreements and the model that the company exercises in order to make profit. 

The more successful policies are applied, the greater the success potential of the executive, or organisation.

My planning consultations are highly differentiated by a number of factors; 

  • Objectives planning, how to devise a series of actions that will result in first, sub products, in various sequence, that will lead to the overall and final objective.

  • Planning must be comprehensive and address all moving aspects of structure and operations; I know what those are and how they interact with one another. 

  • Co-ordination between executives for operations and management points, covering the various aspects of organisation; for all related functions and responsibilities; to ensure all parts know what the other part is doing.

  • Time and schedule of planning targets; what are the various stages of the plan, at what points in time will additional co-ordination and reviews / assessments be required.  

  • Sequence is addressed to ensure efficiency, profitability, speed, reduced cost and ease of application; if execution can be made easier, planning is more likely to be followed and completed. 

  • What are the various products that will be achieved, at what stage, in what sequence and who are the different parties involved.

​The essential ability is that of operating with certainty and the ability to make a decision; resulting in planning consultations being of high value and importance for the executive and corporate client.

Programming consists of the series of steps, organised in sequence, to bring the executive or organisation from one condition, or level of ability, to a higher, enhanced level.  Together, the steps form a program, written for the executive, or the organisation and the completion of such a program will bring about a new advanced phase for the executive, department or organisation. 

A program will fulfil and provide the following; 

  • The determination of the major targets.  

  • Establish standards, responsibilities and conditions which must be adhered to or upheld.    

  • Identify the challenging elements that need to resolved and organised first. 

  • Distinguish what different executives are doing what, when and how. 

Projects support programs. A program target could be broken down into smaller targets, liostyed into a project; allowing for more controlled progress and change. 

The project, written in a similar manner to programs, deliver more tactical and specific targets to address points that are idiosyncratic to the executive or organisation. The completion of a project will result in the completion of a program target. 

In real life, an executive could have situations just linger for years, either below or at the level of the executive's awareness. The completion of such projects are major resolutions that bring about a breakthrough over a particular aspect of existence.

The essence of orders is knowing what to do next, how to do it, in what sequence and in co-ordination with whom. 

It is also the art of using personal abilities, organisational competence to deliver performance in a manner that serves and achieves objectives. 

The management of orders includes the method of execution, action, speed, accurate, affecting change, achieving completion and most importantly, the desired result.

Those orders kept in perpetuation result, forming the  the business model, operated by the executive. Similarly, an individual executes their own orders, to form their own life model.

 

The activation of these business models form business operations, consisting of the necessary activities, functions, for a desired result and a final objective. 

Successful models, establish STANDARD operations, resulting in growth and profit.

Now that the machine is running; performance is measured for quality and quantity because it is at this point that focus turns towards the environment; economic, commercial and social. 

The executive is directed and coached on the balance of application to increase quality, or quantity, of all the various production elements, to ensure successful impact; resulting in demand. 

The problem is scaling is right here, upon the management of performance figures; where executives and corporations fail too often, leading to business and personal failures. 

With my management, there is intelligence data, then effective execution and prediction.

When performance is succeeding, trending upwards, the next step is the attainment of one's objective; for both executive and corporation. Micro strategies and tactics can be applied to optimize performance and positioning further to push progress forward. 

An executive, or corporation, must have at first defined and listed it's key, mission based objectives before establishing clear strategies, plans, business models and executing high level performance. 

 

Following objective attainment, there must be recognition and review; an entity must assess it's position against it's set out mission and to consider the next milestone.

 

Objective attainment brings the executive and corporation back to addressing strategy. 

evolution

With my observation, analysis, evaluation and programming, I can advise on the path and targets of development (corporate development, executive development). 

Longevity for an organisation, or executive, is now the topic on the table because evolution includes having an existing surviving presence, arranging adaptation and formulating continuation. 

No successful executive or organisation ever stayed the same. 

Highly successful executives and corporations in the past have failed to recognise and acknowledge the attainment of objectives and have simply continued; no review, assessment and ventured back into challenges they were unprepared for.
