  • I'm the principal consultant for Xecology Ltd; a business consultancy focused on growth through acquisition of other businesses and corporate development (i.e.: the enhancement of the organisation's ability, the re-design of business structure, re-design of business processes and the implementation of administrative policies within the business.  ​

  • I am also the principal consultant for Mountesque Ltd; a real estate investment consultancy, focused on commercial real estate in the UK.

4. Investors. For interests and ambition in private equity and real assets; I manage two companies that serve in the investment of businesses and real estate. If there is an asset or  business the investor wishes to sell, I will find the buyer. If there is an asset or business the investor would like to have, I can find it. I conduct sale and acquisitions, putting together off market deals where all parties win. I welcome your instructions.

Consultations

A preliminary consultation is conducted to ascertain the following key elements, concerning the organisation, executive or investment; 

1. To obtain intelligence (knowledge, data and trends), leading to a discovery of the current scene, situation or condition. , discover discover, assess, understand, advise and assist

2. To understand the executive, organisation or investment; to ascertain the original purpose, aims and goals of the entity, as well as it's ideal scenarios. 

3. To understand the structure and arrangement of organisational matters, operations, problems and challenges.  

4. Assess available resources and potential (including staff, time, intelligence) and current levels of influence.

​This consultation will result in data that can be analysed and evaluated. The evaluation will determine the key challenges to be solved, the direction to which which the entity should proceed (in accordance with resources, capabilities, opportunities and risks), whilst any proposed solution will accommodate the desired aspirations of the company and it's executives.
